the most of the time i didnt see the red boxes
they come just for one or two seconds

or works again i had install some programs to make an video by gaming i install
hypercam 2
fraps and game cam
so i try with uninstall the programs and now it works again

Close down MW2, restart it. Don't click "Play" yet, because you can only go back to fullscreen in the FIRST menu you see.
Simply do the Alt + Enter again and it's back fullscreen. Edit your resolution to your preference after.

I did get banned before, but that was because of the console hack (i'm sure it was). I didn't use this hack yet but as of now its 100% undetected.

But then again, theres never a 100% chance wheter youll get banned or not. You should always be ready to face the consequences whenever you will get banned.

How'd you get out of the ban? Did you have to buy MW2 again?
