Hello, my main accounts name was "Tukastuktukas"
I was banned for " scamming "
The problem is that i gave my order details for 2 guys, but one guy "Buziness" (which opened scam report) said that he can't do refund now if i want done my refund I need to pay more, so i didn't answer him, because other guy "The_Wicked" done this refund, but after some time "Buziness" write me that refund done... i didn't answer him, because i know he would say I done refund, but i know that he didn't and he also could call to cancell refund to fail my order...

I can prove to staff that The_Wicked done refund first, and I didn't ask for Buziness to do my refund because he said that he want more money...

No, I just didn't write him because i was scared if he will cancell refund after The_wicked done first. He lied me because he just called after The_Wicked done it and he just got confirmation about that refund done, he thought that there would be easy money for him...

Hey guys, let me say something.

Yes, I requested for you to pay additional if you wanted it done right away as I had a list.

We agreed on 5% as normal, I as you can see completed your refund literally a few mins after getting the details as I had time in that moment to just have it completed as I usually use a form system for refunds, but as you posted this in the chat, I completed quickly because it was in chat and I delete all conversations daily so I fulfilled your request straight away.

I will tell you why it's a lie, because amazon will inform me and tell me that that item had already been refunded previously if I called in.

Please note, I spoke to senior management for your refund, so they check the account thoroughly.

In this case I wouldn't have opened a scam report. I would have addressed this to you, and it would become a civil matter.

The fact that I messaged you several times and you simply ignored don't add up, If I didn't do the refund then I would not be liable to receive payment right? So the best thing would be to inform me, you done that and find out who is telling the truth here.

On that basis, I completed the refund and informed you. We agreed to the 5% and you did not respond to the additional price so I simply refunded it straight away out of courtesy.

This is why I opened a scam report. I have not been paid for the job I done.

Please show the ENTIRE Skype conversation you had with "The_Wicked" so we can compare timing's of which they finished the refund.
@Buziness do you have any proof that YOU yourself completed the refund?

As I complete all refunds via Phone, I'm unable to give proof on that basis. But if you look at the timings I completed this first. If I had refunded and told him and he saw I told him, I'm sure he would had said it was done by someone else. It's because I told him the price would possibly increase, so when I told him I completed he did not want to pay.

You're not being asked to provide more. You're being asked to explain how these prove your claim.

Proves that my refunder did refund first because of time you see. I didn't scam... I just paid money for person who really did my refund.
