K-Relay Issues

Hey im new to using K-Relay but i believe i have used it in the past. lately everytime i try to add a plugin it just doesnt work and i get error codes for every file added. I have tried this with the autotrader bot, the notifier thing i saw yesterday.

This is what the error it : could not load type "BLAH BLAH" from assembly 'Lib K Relay, version=1.0.0.0 culture=neutral publickeytoken=null'

I unblocked every file downloaded and all .dll files are in the right folder. any help would be appreciated

The plugin you add is an old version use this its work with all older plugins:
