Use the secondary account to receive payment and send money to your primary account overtime you get money on the 2nd one.

If I use vpn(TotalVPN) and register a 2nd paypal account with a real ID and address(not mine) is that enough? I send the payment to my real one, so even if the buyer chargebacks I still have the money?
You could ask the buyer to chargeback and close dispute, This prevents them from charging back in the future

In this case, if i get someones paypal, I could chargeback myself and close the dispute. They could just say unauthorized access, no?
