You gave the account back to him right away, and i can proof that with screen shoots here:
he didn't give me chance to do anything, i tried to tell him I'm a reseller and i bought this account, in first place i told him delete the friend list be he didn't, he just gave him the account for free, and now blaming me, and he made a report against me on paypal a fraud report with hes bank to get money back, i don't know what to do with these people.......

You didn't scroll down where you agreed with me that there was no point in attempting to keep the account. Also, the account has been perma-banned since we last spoke. You told me that the account was owned by you and you were in possession of the original e-mail. You blatantly lied to me. I gave you the chance to do something when I first messaged you, you stuck with your original story and I wasn't dealing with you after that. You sir are a liar, and that is why I took matters to my financial institution. You knowingly sold me a stolen account without informing me. It's that simple.
