amazon refund process

Hello,

I was wondering how long it takes for amazon to process the refund. My refunder called already and I have the first email saying that they were requesting a full refund. The order total is 800USD, and I live in Canada. It's been more than 2 weeks since that email and my refunder wont respond to me on skype.

And what should I do?

The refunds are placed instantly and they take 1-2 hours if was refunded to a gift card, but takes 3-5 business days to go back to your credit/debit card or bank. I think the refunder scammed you. If the order page doesn't look like this; then the refund was never placed.

but hes a well known refunder here, refundking is his name, i dont think hes wiling to risk everything on one refund

Look at the order details, dude. If it doesn't have "REFUND TOTAL: xx.x" You've been screwed.

On the bright side, if it is there, you will be getting your refund within 2-4 business days.

Do what the person said above, if still no refund, simply open a scam report with template.

Sometimes the rep will send the email but the refund won't correctly process. Go to order details and it should show Refund Total if it doesn't your refund hasn't been correctly processed.
