Internal and External Question

Hello, I just want to state that i don't know much about the process of creating hacks, Although I've noticed that there are two types of cheats being Internal and External, I know the difference between them, one you inject and the other you don't though what is the advantages/disadvantages of them which is better to use?
I've found many hacks that work which are both internal and external so which type is better.

No, what he said was false. Going internal doesn't mean that you are more likely to get a ban, it's all the same.

On your original question though, going internal is better for the long run imo because you are more open to opportunities with the sdk and it'll take less of a load on your computer since you are making the game "take" that load for you. (Don't quote me on that though)
