    Paypal Credit G2A Chargeback

    So a few days ago, I charged back a couple of Payments from G2A. These were payed with PalPal credit, I got the refund and all, everyone of them, but one went to the PayPal Credit Balance. Now my PayPal credit balance is -$63.03. Does this mean that I now have $63 to use with Paypal credit and I don't have to pay back? P.S My paypal is now limited, again. r,i,p
