The ESP and Texture hack are different.

Texture hacks changes the visuals ingame, for example by making enemy players all red, ESP makes, well in this game mostlikely, a red box around people to let you know where they all.

Pros of ESP : Wallhacks. See them through walls and see them coming
Cons of ESP : Ban.

Pros of Texture Hacks : Easy Visibility of Enemy players
Cons of Texture Hacks : Not through walls.

Just want to know if the change in texture still works. I mean this hack is texture hack for making people red, and also hack for changing the texture detail of the world right? removing grass etc.

It doesn't work yet, the owner is updating it. I guess he's sleeping now since it's 1:12 AM here, We live in the same country.
