Hours Boosting/Idling

I know it is possible to idle CSGO and what not using node.js but I is it possible to do it multiple times on a single account for a single game.
An Example is if you use a VM and open CS on both, would that count as 2minutes instead of 1?

Only one instance of the game can be open at a time.

You only can login to steam at 1 location so you cant open 2 VMs.
