It doesn't work with quests that give out assorted rewards like Mine Crafting. @Play_N_Hack Marvelous! I'll go back to farming them for now Haha! Never know when you'll need them.

EDIT: Nvm. I'll just try my luck with the drops right now. Would definitely come back to farming this if the 100% drops are back.

Maybe [if it follows this logic] certain legion quests and other junk that's hard to get that's in the same quest?

Haven't tried it myself but if you think about it they meet the same conditions (only one type of item in the reward, multiple quantities of the same reward with different drop chances, has theYou will receive one of the following statement). Worth a try I guess?

As Yuudoku has said, it needs to have the "You will receive one of the following" and multiples of one type of item as a reward (Like "Willpower Extraction" has Uni 34 x1/x2/x3/x5)

For Legion Tokens, you could do:
Exalted/High Legion Champion (total 80 per turn in)

In general, some off the top of my head,
- /collectorlab for Swag Tokens for faster repping
- Void Aura farming
- /dreadspace Star Scrap Metal farming
- Spirit Orb / Dark Spirit Orb farming

What about the Ascended Gear quest that gives Ascended Blade of Awe, ALoD, AFoC and can give Uni 13? What are your thoughts? Would it drop Uni 13 every time?

The items under the statement You will receive one of the following items: isn't Uni 13.

If you're thinking of taking the quest from there then you can't, from what I recall the quest in ENNH/NNH is only available for the house owner.

What do you mean?
Test Server, right? Can't you just /join tercessuinotlim?
I can do that even without bone dusts or passing through citadel.

explained in greater detail i had 5 uni 34 , left them in bank , turned in quest in test server, got 1 uni 34 and sprocket , couldn't accept uni 34 when i press yes cause item in bank, went to bank, took uni 34 out , could not press yes to accept the uni 34 but could press no, got nothing in the end , never saw the 5xuni34 pop up either

I myself never tried banking Uni34s then turning in the quest, @Play_N_Hack did, so maybe he can answer your concerns.
As for the usual way (not having any uni34 at all) I can vouch that it worked for me.
