I locked the account as soon as I noticed and contacted steam support. Suprisingly, steam answered super fast (4 hours) and changed my password, and unlocked the account, took off his phone number, but did not changed the email. Because this happened, whoever was in charge that day gave this guy from Russia full access to my account, since it is still under his email, all he had to do was change the password again. Now he has made the profile private, changed his profile name, profile picture, and has removed all of my friends. I made another ticket quickly, asking for help, but I still have received no response. I then made another ticket on Wednesday, November 16th, 2016 asking for help again, and still no response. I have spent thousands of dollars on this steam account, and for steam just to hand it off to someone it absolutely absurd. Not even that, but then they ignore all of my help requests. Oh yea, I didn't mention that he also got Call of Duty: Black Ops II game banned 28 days ago aswell, and they couldn't help me (which I understand, it's the policy).
i have this and im still mad
