Looking to do something like this, but I have a few questions.

Should I use a guest account when making the order or use my regular account that I have made small purchases with in the past?

Should I pay with credit/debit card or Paypal? Looking at the proof pics, it seems Paypal refund is just a Target gift card?

What shipping speed should I use? free or express?

I plan on ordering a PS4 bundle so cost should be around $320ish, that's well under the $600 limit.

You should use a guest account or you can even use your legit account.
You should pay with card so it goes back to orignal payment, PayPal payments go back to Target Gift card.
I recommend Free shipping.
PS4 bundle is all right.

Yes, that's mean the item can't be shipped outside US. For example, iPhone or android phones that are locked down with mobile carriers.
