How do I refund these clothing sites [UK]

I have been told that it is possible to refund Zara, JD Sports, River Island, HM, Neiman Marcus and Topman in the UK. I have received full refunds for other sites before with the "did not receive" excuse. What can I use for these websites and what would the limits be, £200,350,500,650?

I've never personally refunded from any of those clothing sites, but I have done numerous other sites and with clothing it is always going to be possible to get a partial refund. You just order 1 cheap item and say only that one came, while the 2-3 other expensive items didn't arrive. Works every time I have tried it.

I have heard about that method but have not tried it yet. Which websites have you tried this with? I may attempt ASOS soon with 2 cheap t-shirts and an expensive jacket, do you think it will work?

I have heard numerous times that Zara has a way stricter refund policy, might be just gossips though. Anyway, you don't usually see Zara refund service on mpgh.

i am going to try ASOS soon, because i ordered already some stuff from there, i live in the netherlands, so maybe more change for refund because the item can be lost easily in a boat or something ^^
