dx9 chams dll for better fps

Game stops loading at~ 75%...

yeh ! heroes and generals have problem with "forcedx9=true" and u cant go in assault or war when it's true but u can go successfully in skrimish games . for fix this problem when i want to go in assault i just use debug lines and better fps options and delete "forcedx9=true" in my client.ini.
