Question Recommend a decent gaming desktop build.

Not very experienced in the PC build stuff so looking to get some recommendations on a decent build.

Price range around $600-700 (canadian dollars); willing to go to $800 if need be.

The total doesn't include mouse, keyboard, speakers, monitor(s). Just the PC.

Main things that will be done on the build:
Gaming (don't care too much about graphics, medium to high are okay with me)
    Photoshop editing
    Video editing
and just general internet browsing, word processing, etc.

    Thanks

Na the i5 is fine. GPU isn't the best for the price. U can go with 1060 instead or 480

Have you tried look at some subreddits for this? I think there are specific ones that will suggest the type of computer you need for what types of programs youre trying to run

Good recommendation, but I was looking more towards building my own. Like @Officialhitman said, I'll save more if I just build one instead of a prebuilt one.

Got very similar build. Bought the CPU, ram and GPU for alot cheaper on ebay. (all together came up to 230$ from 2 sellers)

Very happy with the pc, kills every game on 1080p around 60fps

How about this one? I picked it myself.

    pc partpicker com /list/q66Fbj

This should cost around 802.33 canadian dollars. I could change the graphics card into something cheaper though.
