Budget Motherboard + CPU Combo

Enthusiast, looking for my first build. I already have many parts, but I'm missing a MOBO and CPU.
I have a budget of max 300 for a Motherboard, CPU, HDD/SSD, and Power Supply.
Remember that I'm in Canada so take all prices and multiply by around 1.3X
Canada may be shit but at least we don't have to deal with trump

Here's what I currently have:
- GTX 670
- Some case that should be large enough
- 8GB 2133 MHz RAM
- Cooler master EVO 212 LED
- Case fans

Here are some of the combos I've been considering:
- AMD FX 8350 + MSI 970 GAMING

- AMD FX 6300 + MSI 970 GAMING

- Intel Pentium G3258 + Some motherboard


That's really all the ideas I have right now. I need help. I would appreciate any comments/advice from anyone with some sort of experience in this field, thanks!

Intel Core i3-6100 3.7GHz Dual-Core Processor

MSI H110M Gaming Micro ATX LGA1151 Motherboard

Go with a 1TB hard drive, they are only like 40-50 $'s then get a 40-50$ power supply

Not sure if those parts will fit, are you using DDR3 RAM? maybe try to put it all together on PC.PART.PICKER
