2. I have a question about photo shop. When i paste a picture that a copied from somewhere else, how do i move it around to my specified position. Cause whenever i paste a different picture, it goes right to the middle, and i can't move it.

To add texture, look at a similar image and mimic the texture; add scratches, blend in some tone differences, use the filters to add effects. If you are trying to skin something already made in form, try over laying that original skin on a layer above your skin. add contrast and a bit of brightening to the original skin, then adjust the opacity of the original skin down till you are happy.
