Currently dl'ing Bioshock 2 lol. Anyway, here's a working loader (& I know it works because it's the one I used on my Win7) Just make sure to not install the Windows update: KB971033. Google about this update if you wanna know why.

You can get full windows 7 from (for free) piratebay, altough it maby has a virus or risks in it.
