Where'd you start?

Luckily I had school lessons of C++, but of course during the high school I didn't learn that much about deep programming. I'd suggest some books, because most of the time the autors explain completely what you need; at least this way you will learn the bases and all the things that you will use when you will have learnt.
Then I agree with the other guys: internet is full of guides and tutorials to learn; but consider to get a big patient cause you will need to try a lot!

I don't know C++ that much but I do know a bit, coded a *almost* paste-free internal cheat and lots of other random stuff. just on my free time since I'm too young for coding classes but I could go up a class if I wanted.

Best time to learn is when everybody's sleeping, maybe look at Youtube tuts, read books and/or buy a subscription on a learning site.
Also just keep trying and test your own stuff, if you don't know what something does then use Google and make a shitty program to test it out in different ways :P

Actually , once you are into it, you see that c++ is the clearest kind of code you can read (for me). I mostly program in c++ and c# and when I got to go code in python I was really confused with my declaration and knowing what was what because of how you write the code.
