How to remove entity shaking in SD?

I am using the source obtained by googling seraphs dominion and using the one from Club559's ******. I have a very strong vps for the amount of players that currently are on the server. There is almost no server sided lag that is noticeable.

Unlike FSoD, entities (players and mobs) are all shaky, meaning they dont actually sit in one place on your screen where they are located. This becomes even worse when there are multiple entities on-screen because it makes them all shoot to the edges of the map from the client's point of view. The player is still able to run around and map loads fully including minimap and such.

I would like to know whether there is already a post somewhere about this, or how I can reduce/remove this, as it very much so hinders the entire game-play.
