So the recent murder case I was involved with got closed and the details came through and found out that the person who killed was a family member and they killed for money (guy that got killed was rich). Personally I think I would cut off all ties with family members other then mom and dad (even brother and sisters, especially them. )

If I ever become rich, I am changing everything about myself and leave my family a bit so they are ok for life but never talk to them ever again because I don't want to be killed for money or jealously. However I will never get rich so I don't have to worry
