Hey so I was recently perma banned on my current account. I was on the fence about buying the game again until I saw this. I feel as though I have a good grasp on how you run things, but I'd like some clarification before committing. First, it would appear as though you're selling the game itself, but as a premodded account. Is this true? Because I could get a CD key elsewhere for cheap, but if you're offering a new CD key with money, unlocks, etc then I am incredibly interested in your services. If this is, in fact, the case then how safe is this? And what exactly does the insurance entail? I apologize if I am asking anything overly simple, but I would just like to make sure I know what I'm purchasing with $45. Thanks in advance for your time!

I went to play gta after installing it and it's saying that I have to enter an activation code. I logged into social club to check if my character was still there and it looks like it's reset.
