How do you get them to replace accs without devices on?
I've only done ~6 SE's for fitbit since I recently started doing it, so I was just wondering.
I've done a couple on my one same account, but I've also gotten them to ship replacement pebbles for accounts I created ~day ago. So does purchasing accounts make it a lot easier to SE?
Recently started keeping track of attempts after hearing about Vaypah's list of support staff that are "bad", and using newly created accounts I'm currently 2/9.
Is it luck?

I thought so too, but if there is they haven't been using it well. Or maybe don't care or haven't let me know that they really know?
I got the fitbit from an arcade place like a little less than a year ago, whenever they ask me when I got the fitbit I change the dates and they never mention anything about it, just say it is indeed "Under warranty", which I guess it really is either way.
