Free Sims in the UK? :x

I'm completely pickled. I'm trying to find sim cards that I can use for Prime accounts (CSGO) but all the free sims I have ordered all require you to top them up £5-10 before you get to use them. Any ideas?

I thought you were talking about the game - Sims
But on topic, can't you buy them online, like eBay or even maybe amazon?
BTW Wallmart probbably sells sims, I think, that I have heard about that.
