    Have had this with 2 of my accounts now, really stupid, I've noticed they just tend to do it if you send too many transactions to the same PayPal account or the same for receiving, especially larger amounts. Been unable to retrieve my money since I'm under 18 and can't withdraw to any bank account - also not willing to link this to a limited account and doubt they'd even let me since they apparently have the right to completely lock EVERYTHING on your account which contains YOUR money... -.- smh

    This sounds like the reason. Similar situation happened to me. I was making too much selling stuff and I didn't want to get limited to I made another account. Long story short when I linked to same eBay they found out somehow and said I could only have one account and held the money for 180 days. FML

    PayPal and eBay are very closely linked, thats probably why you got ripped. Try using a different eBay instead, I know that sucks but it is better than getting account limited again.


    Never use PayPal again? Well, if only there was a decentralized cryptographic alternative... ;-)
