Removing everything

So I just got Vacced on one of my many accounts and I thought that I removed everything off my computer. My computer also restarted so anything running in task manager in the background couldn't have been running.

Am I missing on something when I remove the hacks off of my computer? I don't know much about how the signatures work and would love some information on how they do.
