Change the email to another host. mail.com has a lot of issues. Gmail works best.

Forgot password email verify
I am requesting a password change on one of my accounts but I am not receiving the email for it. the provider is mail.com. Do you need the account name?

Its not for this account, its for another i can't get into. I know the email. How would I change the email provider? Sorry if its something simple and i'm not understanding.

I misread the first post. You cannot change the email on the account without access to it. As I stated above mail.com is not a supported host. You would need to post or mention the account you wish to change the email on. Once I verify you are the rightful owner of the account, I will change the password on the account to the email it currently has. Then you may access it, and change both the email to a proper host one (Gmail, outlook, etc) as well as the password. Originally Posted by IPv8
