ive tried making one but i could only change the colour and design
dont no how to make the reload and other things the arctic wolf has

You will NEVER be able to change the L9 to Arctic Wolf. Why? Because you cant put RAGS on it. Actually you can, but very FEW can, and most of those people actually charge for it. Just go buy a Arctic Wolf. It's only a dollar for a day. $10 for 90 days. Go figure.

Actually it's possible to put rags on it but they will have to be black.

Go figure again. I guess it will never be an arctic wolf. Im guessing the only thing that will change into the Arctic Wolf is the Ghillie.
