Maybe each seller has to have 4 vouchers from top users
@locomotive1 Service giveaways and staff vouches will work for the most part depending on the type of service. Having 4 vouches from top users or sellers will not do much.
Change the refund policy.
Regarding to this : https://www.mpgh.net/forum/showthread.php?t=1449337
I don't think user @overcliff334 is responsible for the situation that happend, a guy reported him because of some not working accounts and he offered a refund without consideration.
He sent his client 40$ ( 0.0077 BTC at the time ) now , 0.0077 BTC is 60$, 20$ more than before and without any risk for the customer to lose any money, I don't think this is right and should'nt be handled as a scam.
Just imagine following : I got 1 BTC in my wallet (7.710,68 US-Dollar atm) and I purchase something here on mpgh for it.
I do not get my service and I ask for a refund, now it's extreme I know but it's possible.
Imagine the price rises up to 23.132,04 US-Dollar , the seller now has to pay me 15.421,36 US-Dollar more than before only because he wasn't able to process my order.
I don't think this is right and this rule should be renewed.
@niggo @Joe @RespectNF @Lily
I made a detailed post about why it should be the BTC amount that is refunded a while ago which I cant seem to find.
The idea behind it is due to the fact sellers generally hold the BTC until the trade is over as they may not have an easy way to sell it due to some obvious reasons.
The seller doesn't have to pay you $15k extra because they would've held onto it. The seller can have a Term of Service stating that all BTC transactions would be held at USD value and any fluctuations during the seller holding the BTC would be at their liability/gain.
I am not a middleman nor do I buy/sell anything. If you are being contacted by someone off-site from MPGH then it's not me! Please report these to me via PM. Don't be stupid, think first.

yes while there always can be instances where it the seller has to send back more in USD value than it previously was this is still a fair rule imo as it rolls back the trade
why should a seller deliver a non working product and then even make money off of it ? doesnt sound fair to me
also consider the case where the price of btc drops, then the seller would need to pay out of pocket, also not fair
this way the transaction between the two parties is like it would have never happened at all
this problem in general is mainly due to btc (and other crypto for that instance really) being so volatile in price

I'm going to propose something, don't mind me if it's already mentioned i can't rly go over 11 pages and read if it is or it is not.
I believe that, if a seller post something like this in the title : BEST QUALITY ACC, PORN, VPN, MUSIC, all for 1$ and when u enter the thread it shows something completely different it shouldnt be allowed to sell. Because it's missleading and when u go to thread u see different prices varies from 1$-8$ which is not as titled said.
Also there shouldn't be Best Quality in titles, cheapest etc.. It's all very missleading, it should say, Affordable prices, HIGH Quality, it's a wasting of time of a forum visitor and it's annoying as hell.
Also if a seller post a thread selling some type of service, and put in title cheapest on the market, and when u enter the thread and u see what he offers and then u see the following : For prices contact me on IM.
This is also annoying because IM is not a live chat, it's a friend-list chat, so i gotta wait for hours for him to accept me, so i can ask for prices and then give me some high prices which i dont like. So everything should be according to title and should have it price range. Only the bulk buyers should contact sellers on IM in my opinion, regular customer not. I believe if a seller is click-baiting or giving misleading titles and content of it's market it shouldn't be allowed to sell.
Also what is the point of Elite Selling/Buying? It's also useless in my opinion, every u find there u can find in regular section.

I can tell it is used a lot! many customers told me they found me through the Elite Selling section. Not only because it's less risk to scam, it's also easier to sell there because not everyone can create a shop there. your thread is visible longer and that's clearly a good thing!

I miss doing deals over *****. The IM system is slow, because very few people are ever online.
