My suggestion: Make an account that you'll never hack on under any circumstances, tell no one about it, never advertise it, and add nobody on it. Then you'll have an account that will never be stolen, never be banned, and will eventually be quite a rank.

But honestly it'd probably be faster to level a new account than fight for sole control over this one. I'm assuming since you really don't care about the account that it's not really worth much. So your effort's probably best spent with a new one.
