Am I the only one who seems to experience the inability for others to drive a vehicle while I am a passenger? Vehicle can barely move and acts as if it is stuck on an object. Have been attaching myself to my friends to bypass this, though makes doing heist objectives near impossible when required to be in the same vehicle.

Any input would be greatly appreciated.

I dropped millions of money and didint get banned... used teleport a few times and 10 minutes later i had the rockstar e-mail in my gmail that i've been banned. ^^
do not teleport, nor spawn anything. Just drop money and u won't get banned.

Teleporting is fine, money dropping is what got you banned..
