-Update canceled until further notice(Hawk, get on)
-Looking into bugs with pro perks

Release Notes:
Well, not much with this release except the following fixes:

-better UI(ish..)
-fixed closing bug
-fixed "100" limit cap for stat changes in numericupdown
-minor code formatting
-added single-player section*
-external help file

* - Not available until next update

Hawk(for a lot of VB support, helped me learn and get going)
NextGen and Lolland for giving me some tips
AudiTT for a lot of single-player addies that I will attempt to incorporate
