I was an user called arrows997 and u banned me for reason of scamming. But i didn't done anythink , after i sold account to the guy he said thannk you and all things finished . He told that account was recovered by me but that is a big lie . He proved only like i saw the czat copy but he didn't proved i changed anythink. And also i wana a chargeback for mine vip membership because i can no longer use it. When u not return the money i dispute the payment and when it not be charged back i report it to police.

Your going to have a hard time disputing a donation on PayPal, Also ban evaders have no rights. If you report to police, you will just look fucking stupid as YOU chose to Donate.

Donations are not refundable. You chose to donate and you were not forced to do it.
The account was permanently banned for scamming via this report.
You even viewed the thread, but chose not to resolve it with the user, or at least prove your innocence in the case.

Hello Dave i understand about refunds. But i was unfairly banned because i did not made any chnges on the account since i sold it to him. I was happy selling it because i have many account so why i would recover back an account? How you can know he not changed it by himself , he can't prove i done it!! So i will be happy if i get mine VIP membership back or mine account Named : arrows997 Unbanned with no proves that i was the guy who changed any info. Sincerelly i never ever scammed anyone and i don't wana be in that possition. Sorry for these guy but it was not mine fault!

I wasn't be able to make any moves . I had wors internet connection and i had no way to use it for more than 5 min or less , come on guys do somethink with mine account you have only he's word that i changed anythink but i didn't done anythink bad!

I not changed anythink . After i sold you the account i was not able to do anythink also i had no way to change in 2 day like you said even thru the support that response is 1 week . Stop talking like that i was not the one who stolen your account. Sorry for you. And if you can prove it was me i will be thankfull

I think there is no way to do it because if the original account owner gave me wrong info there will be a problem to recover it.
