    Can I demand a refund?

    So urban outfitters sent my package through asendia which was supposed to give it to Canada post. Which they never did it's been a week since they were supposed to do it. I called urban outfitters they made a ticket, if they don't solve it by tomorrow night can I demand a refund as I have to leave town. I don't have time to wait until they figure out where my order is if , which probably they won't.

    If you really didn't get your package, what are you afraid of? Of course you can demand a refund because they really lost your package...

    I just mean, I dont want to wait on them after this 24 hours to keep looking for it. I just want a refund so i can place another order later on, but your right.

    Yea, i think demand a refund because they didn't deliver on the date and you are leaving town.

    Exactly. Just demand a refund, because you're going to be out of town and won't be able to get it. Its their fault not yours so no biggie.
