If there is no proof of you telling him to wait until paypal refunds him, then you're at fault.

I told this person that he needs to open a PP dispute to get his money back. this is exactly what he has done. he opened the paypal disputes way before this scam report was opened because I told him to.

The user did get back their money, however, if you were to come back, there would be a blacklist on your account.

The fact of the manner was i told him to open a dispute. I couldn't take the project requested because it was a huge time hassle and i unexpected that this would happen. i told him to open a dispute so he could get a refund. glad user got a refund and his money back.
