Are permanent bans really permanent? Opinions.

Welp, Deca permanently banned my account for Racial Slurs/ general toxicity. I do have a ban history on cheating and harassment before. Is this REALLY permanent? Or is it just a huge fuck off for a year or so.. Also any ban appeals relating my account are considered spam now, or will I just wait it out considering its just normal toxicity and maybe retry in 6-12 months? I'm sure they'd consider letting me send in a ticket after a few months.

If anyone has any experience with permanent bans and some how dodged the bullet, or are they actually dead serious about this and I'm just a dumbass and actually permanently banned. Anyways I'm all ears.

Xanfan was an OG better at usnw, he had thousands of life worth of items in his vaults, he got permanently banned for gambling , but as you can see on his realmeye he got unbanned https://www.realmeye.com/player/Xanfan

Jewelimination wasn't unbanned. They (most of them) were given an opportunity to appeal their ban, that's all
