Well none of them got banned for scamming, but their bans are currently perm

Didn't know this rule .. but sad for Both they were quite active in marketplace :/.
I guess if this is the rule as per Dave then Instead of making " Sell through me thread" which is not allowed , they could just make those sellers as their private supplier in Skype or some other communication and resell items directly with their own responsibility to the marketplace .

If I am not wrong, or basically I am %100 sure, that @Hova had a similar thread like this which was made previously before @Gaar which was made few weeks before. I have opened this thread also before him exitscamming, and until then I have rather not even a single negative feedback. I, am okay with providing vouch copy which to prove that I actually am legit selling, rather than selling fake products with fake trust. I didn't knew that there was a rule on not being able to be partners and rather get banned for it. I can assure you that there are dozens of sellers who works as partners, and the same goes for me. I do understand your point of view, and I can assure you if it was a scam report on me due to partnership (meaning my partner scamming), I was okay with dealing with the case myself, and satisfy my customer.

I don't intend to cause any drama I just haven't heard anything about my ban and I don't want to get perma banned off the site I've been a part of this community for a while.
