hmm when I was 10, I usually didn't need anything that my parents couldn't provide but I bet you can scam people for money.

Get few bucks from your parents and invest!
Tons of opportunities like the SE, refund, VCC..etc.
Or in games like CS:GO or TF2 or LoL...etc farm trade sell.
Game Keys are also not a bad idea you can find a bulk seller at G2a or such who will sell you like 30%-40% of the original price and sell them for profit. Though very less people as these will be stolen keys.
But best involving no scams or anything would be making your own service or website if it is successful you will never run out of money. In most cases you would need some investment!

I need to find one too but i have tons of other restrictions like region, religion, time, studies... Too many to name I do have ideas though not clever one and time consuming like may be years.

Oh as for Bing Rewards, Swag Bucks and shit like that. They are pain in the ass but worth it for making an investment for something else. These will give you those 20-30$ you need to get a startup. And it should easier for you (assuming you are from U.S) than those on vpns.

Assuming you already have the accounts and you want to make a combolist, I think it would be pretty easy to rig up an exe file that writes to a text file in the form of userass (newline)
