Well, working at your age is kinda hard.. At least, in my country you can start working at an age of 14-15. Delivering the news papers or work in a super market.
I personally didn't care about money at that age but what you could do is ask your neighbours to clean their cars or go walk with their dogs for some money.

I now have a full time job, and selling windows keys wich earns me some money at an age of 20.

I don't currently make any, But I plan on getting a job in software engineering.
