Help with paypal

Okay.. so yesterday i got scammed, and today i managed to call paypal and tell them that basically ive sent the money to the wrong person. And i thought they would be more of a help but they`re useless! they said they cant chargeback as it wasnt an unauthorized payment and the only thing they offered to do was email the receiver to give me a refund, and they said if that fails then i should go to my bank for them to open a dispute? wtf..

can somebody help me out what i should do

UPDATE! Okay so i recalled and this woman answered this time, the previous person was a guy, he sounded gay tho. So he musta been a lazy ass motherfucker who couldnt be bothered to do jack shit but this lady was soo nice!! she was like let me get this refunded straight away! so that saves me a lotta time!

Quick question, did u do this method based off my suggestion? Want to make sure it still works, haven't had to do it for awhile

so the first time i called the guy said he`ll just email the receiver, his a lazy cunt.. but i was like you know what, lemme call a second time. This time a woman answered and she was mega cool! she said just be careful next time and said i`ll request a refund right away! Im not quite sure what your method was tho. and I hope so!
