The cpu is going to be a major bottleneck, the GPU is quite good but the CPU is dual-core and is going to struggle massively when playing newer games and you're going to miss out on A LOT of FPS and probably experience FPS drops quite a lot. Try and get a mid range AMD quad core and if worse comes to worse, downgrade the GPU slightly for some extra $.
Get an Hard Drive, more space = more games
Don't listen to the guys who are telling you to upgrade your CPU. i3-6100 is only 6% better than G4560 but a lot more expensive. G4560 also features hyper-threading. Also don't listen to the guy who's telling you to get the AMD CPU. G4560 is the best budget CPU on the market right now, period. I would also recommend getting an RX480 (there a lot on sale right now for like $150, check out /r/buildapcsales) over the 470. Would also recommend a 1 TB storage drive. Would also look into a cheaper Mobo if you don't need all those features.
Well for now I'm just going to get the SSD because there is no point for a hard drive but I might get one later if i'm running out of space.
That motherboard has dual channel, so you should get another 8gb stick of the same kind when you get enough money. You could also do 2X4GB, but you'd be limited to 8GB since there's only two slots. Also HDD's are cheap and you'll be hurting for one fast when you start installing games, so make sure to pick one up in the future.
