Should I use new Ryzen Processor

Im wondering if I should use new Ryzen process on a build that I want to cost 1k And i want a Rx 480 or a Nvidia 1050 Ti but I don't know about anything else any help on this

RX480 over 1050ti ANY day. 480 benches almost 80% better than the 1050ti. Also freesync monitors don't have the 200-300 dollar premium. Also don't use Ryzen unless you're using it as a workstation PC. Ryzen is currently better for streaming and workstations due to its core numbers. Most games won't be able to use all the cores and clock speed > core # in those situations.

I'm pretty sure that's not how computer circuits work.

I would use a 1060 and Ryzen but that's just me
