If you're gaming just get a 7600k or 7700k. RAM really doesn't matter that much as long as it's DDR4. 32GB is overkill unless you're using it for intensive data crunching.
So I'm currently still in the US but moving back home in 2 months. Looking to upgrade my pc when I'm back home.
Current specs are
Tower: Cooler Master HAF X
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-990FXA-UD3 rev4
CPU: AMD FX-8350
GPU: MSI GTX 970
RAM: 16GB at 1600 MHz
Storage: 1x OCZ SSD 60GB, 1x Western Digital HDD 1 TB
PSU: Cooler Master Silent Pro M 850W
--------------------------
What I'd like to change:
Tower: Going to get a tower with a bigger sidepanel to look through, current one has a fan there and obstructs a lot of view.
Motherboard: Probably one of the new AM4 motherboards for Ryzen
CPU: Ryzen 1700x
GPU: Not changing this
RAM: 32gb of 2.8ghz or more
Storage: Defintely a new SSD
PSU: No need to change this
If you have any suggestions that'd be great. I'm sure pricing and options will change within 2 months, but it's good to look ahead.

16GB Ram should be enough for rendering videos and editing of videos
