I have had the same issue so many times with buyers.. Even though they always paid via friends and family, the next day the transaction was disputed and they always won since Sellers are not covered for virtual goods..

I already do the one I used with him was a spam one

I've made 2 accounts with real info (address etc.), both ended up with negative balance (because of scams) and limited.
2-3 years have passed from the first limitation and nothing has happened. I mean I had no mail sent to my house or anyone showing up at my door.
You should be safe. Always use fake info.

Shit dude I cant change any info but it was like 200$ but I hope I'll be safe lmao
