I have had the same issue so many times with buyers.. Even though they always paid via friends and family, the next day the transaction was disputed and they always won since Sellers are not covered for virtual goods..
oh well, if no proof, paypal just gonna side with buyer
I've made 2 accounts with real info (address etc.), both ended up with negative balance (because of scams) and limited.
2-3 years have passed from the first limitation and nothing has happened. I mean I had no mail sent to my house or anyone showing up at my door.
You should be safe. Always use fake info.
Hmmm i start to understand why more and more people get away from PayPal

hope you get charged for theft. you dont even have to have what you stole to get charges.
