I edited the K1A SMG into the K7 SMG which has very high ROF...
But... i failed epicly on the textures, i tried several different techniques on texture changing...
Instructions:
1. Inject into GUNS_M_PV_SMG:
- PVMLA_K1A
2. Inject into GUNS_SND_SMG:
- DESELECT
- DRYFIRE
- FIRE
- RELOAD1
- RELOAD2
- RELOAD3
- SELECT
3. Inject into UI_HUD_KillInfo:
- KILL_MESSAGE_K1A
4. Inject into UI_HUD_WeaponInfo:
- NAME_K1A
- ACTIVE_K1A
- NONE_ACTIVE_K1A
5. Inject into UI_SCR_ItemImage:
- K1A_DETAIL_IMAGE
*** When you inject the sounds and it says duplicate, resolve it to the K1A.
Then, once youre done, put the original .rezs in BGM and rename the .rezNEWs

how'd you fail on the texture? you only have to rename 1 file
He failed because he changed it using cross modding style. You have to change all the model files to K7
