eBook approval - No response

Greetings, I've posted an Amazon gift card refunding eBook that was written by me and my partner @Dama about two weeks ago in the eBooks section. @Psychotic was supposed to be reviewing it, he deleted the thread saying the eBook is unreliable because we said that you may charge back if you fail for any reason. I don't really think adding an extra "layer/level" of protection will decrease the reliability of a method... Nevertheless, the method is solid on its own, we were able to refund a $2K AGC order from a third-party seller, without having to charge back. Psychotic asked for proof, and I provided it. It's been two weeks now, and I still have no response from him even after sending multiple PM's and VM's.

Wouldn't it make sense if I didn't approve an ebook for a reason to fix that reason and then resubmit?

Besides I am limited in my characters for deletion I could have digressed further on other reasons that I believed the ebook was unreliable. By all means please resubmit your ebook for evaluation and I will have another MP Minion review it.
