yeh i mean, i have no clue whats your problem. but i guess its reading. cause if you could read properly you could see that i dont blame the ban itself but the circumstances how it appeared and the fact that rockstar bans people for no clear reason.
just for you to know: it happend on a second account without this or any other mods too. i caused a temporary disconnect, all other players were kicked out and i had a lobby myself. again 1 month ban.

You need to teleport about 3 times to make it stick when you're in a vehicle.

you have access violation error? if yes, you need to edit menu.txt and search for "<!-- <Entry action="toggle_mobile_radio" type="toggle">Mobile Radio</Entry> -->" and delete that line.

Seems like you extracted the archive inside the root of gta, otherwise it should work fine..
