    Picking a GPU

I ordered a REfurb 960, was put on backorder so I cancelled,
Did some researched, relised how fucking retarded I was.

Was going to get a 1050TI, but the 1060 was only like $40 more, but RX 480 is cheap as shit too....

Basically I have decided to go AMD again as I never have owned a Nvidia GPU.

Basically I want a cheap, low end RX 480 4GB

Deciding between these 3 let me know what ones I should pick

https://www.newegg.com/Product/Produ...82E16814131706 cheapest option, I could find it on newegg.ca 3 hours ago but seeming disipeared. idk why what two things I don't like is it looks like utter shit and my case has a window side panel looking at this turd, and the cooling performance looks to be shit.

https://www.newegg.ca/Product/Produc...82E16814137082 Reference design, I personally think looks fucking amazing, best price here

https://www.amazon.ca/Dual-Fan-Radeo...eywords=RX+480 looks prety meh, nothing against it though.

https://www.amazon.ca/VisionTek-Prod...eywords=RX+480 most expensive one here, reference but with 8GB of VRAM

My budget is to spend under $300CAD after taxes and shipping so not too sure about the vision tek one, what one should I pick guys?

If you have freesync go for Rx 480. Most people recommend RX 480 anyways.

Man I told you to get the RX480 sigh...
    Get either this one:
    https://www.newegg.ca/Product/Produc...-270-_-Product

or this one if you want more VRAM (you don't really need it for 1080p gaming unless you're modding a bunch of shit):

Should be sufficient for most 1080p games on high settings.

Why? The RX480 is just in my budget range and the 1070 would require I get a PSU upgrade

The rx 480 is closest to the 1060 so it depends on how much you're willing to spend and if the monitor you have has freesync or gsync. The 1070 has around a 50% increase from the rx 480 but is over double the cost

    based on gpu(dot)userbenchmark(dot)com/Compare/Nvidia-GTX-1060-3GB-vs-AMD-RX-480/3646vs3634 and gpu(dot)userbenchmark(dot)com/Compare/Nvidia-GTX-1070-vs-AMD-RX-480/3609vs3634

it is $220 more for a refurbished 1070, over a new RX 480 fuck off cunt

Edit: checked the price of the cheapest new 1070, and that's $525 just under $300 more, $100 more my ass

AMD cards age like wine. They are supported better than nvidia cards just look at last generations nvidia driver support is already going down and same generation amd cards are now performing better in current titles.
