[AS REQUESTED] UMP to MP7 STEEL
Requested by mickysux, so here it is. And sadly it shrunk, but ROF and Reload speed are increased.
Just inject PVMLA_UMP into GUNS_M_PV_SMG.rez
And PV_UMP into GUNS_T_PV_SMG.rez
